RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, even partially, without being required to provide any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the last product in the order.

HOW RETURNS WORK

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated in the Right of Withdrawal section.

The request must be submitted within the prescribed time limits and the products must be returned according to the indicated methods.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision within the time limit set out in these terms and conditions.

Registered customers

Registered customers may request withdrawal by logging into their account, accessing the Order Details section and selecting the dedicated “Request Withdrawal” button.

Non-registered customers

Customers who made the purchase without registering may exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the dedicated PDF form and sending it to the e-mail address cancellations@audes.com.

Once the request has been received, Audes will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions for returning the products and managing the refund procedure.

The withdrawal request shall be considered validly exercised when it is received by Audes within the time limits provided by the applicable legislation.

REFUND

In the event of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, where applicable, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the returned products are received or, if earlier, from the date on which the Customer provides proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment.

The refund will be issued after verifying the integrity of the returned products and net of any applicable return costs based on the option selected.

RETURN DEADLINE

The Customer is required to return the products without undue delay and in any case no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Products must be returned:

intact and undamaged
in their original packaging, if available
complete with all accessories, manuals and documentation
clean and not improperly used

The products must not show signs of use other than those compatible with normal testing of the goods, nor must they be in a condition that compromises their resale.

If the original packaging is missing, the Customer must provide, at their own care and expense, suitable packaging that ensures the integrity of the product during transport.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS – LEGAL WARRANTY

For defective or non-compliant items, Audes applies the legal warranty of conformity, which lasts 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.

In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item, the Customer may contact Customer Service to open a report.

DEFECT VERIFICATION

For the management of the case, the Customer may be required to provide:

clear photographs showing the defect;
any additional documentation useful for verification.

Missing or incomplete documentation may result in longer processing times.

TIME LIMITS FOR REPORTING THE DEFECT

Any action aimed at enforcing defects not fraudulently concealed by the seller shall in any case expire within 26 (twenty-six) months from delivery of the goods.

AVAILABLE REMEDIES

In the event of an ascertained defect, the Customer is entitled to one of the following remedies provided by current legislation:

free repair of the product;
replacement of the product, if available;
proportional reduction of the price;
termination of the contract with a full refund, in the cases provided for by law.

Repair or replacement shall be carried out within a reasonable period from the Customer’s request and without significant inconvenience to the Customer, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which it was purchased.

RETURN COSTS

In the event of a product that is actually defective or non-compliant, the return shipping costs and any shipment of the replacement product shall be entirely borne by Audes.
