Shipping within Italy and Europe (EU Countries)

Orders placed by B2C customers and shipped to countries within the European Union are normally processed and handed over to our shipping partner MBE within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Italy: Shipments are handled by MBE. Estimated delivery time is 24–48 business hours, except for remote areas and islands (Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia), where delivery may take up to 72 business hours.

Europe: For destinations within the European Union, shipments are also handled by MBE, which will manage delivery according to the destination and order volume. Estimated delivery time is generally 4–5 business days.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union require slightly longer processing times, as customs documentation must be prepared.

In these cases, the order will be entrusted to MBE, and the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.
