1. Premise
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products by private consumer customers (hereinafter “Customer”) through the official online store managed by:

By placing an order through the online store, the Customer fully accepts these general terms and conditions of sale, which regulate the contractual relationship between Audes Group Srl and the Customer.
2. Shipping
2.1 Shipping within Italy and Europe (EU countries)
Orders placed by B2C customers and destined for countries within the European Union are normally processed and handed over to the courier within 48 business hours from receipt of payment.
In Italy, shipments are managed by Poste Italiane. The estimated delivery time is approximately 24/48 business hours, except for remote areas or islands (Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia), where delivery may take up to 72 business hours.
For European Union countries, shipments are entrusted to FedEx or DHL couriers, depending on the destination and the size of the order. Delivery times generally range between 3 and 5 business days.
2.2 Non-EU Shipping (countries outside the European Union)
Orders destined for non-EU countries require slightly longer processing times due to the need to prepare customs documentation.
In this case, the shipment will be entrusted to DHL within 4 business days from receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
2.3 Tracking and Monitoring
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, which can be used to monitor the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
3. Returns
Customers have the right to request the return of one or more items purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To initiate the return procedure, the customer must contact our customer service by writing to:

- the order number
- the item(s) to be returned
- the reason for the return (optional but useful for improving the service)
After the request, the customer will receive detailed instructions by email to proceed with the return.
3.1 Conditions for Return Acceptance
Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, and in their complete original packaging.
Any returned product that is damaged or does not meet the above conditions will not be refunded.
3.2 Refund
Once the returned item has been received and verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
3.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified during customer service handling.
4. Right of Withdrawal for Defects, Incorrect Item, or Failed Delivery
4.1 Defective Product
If the Customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must report the issue within 2 days from receipt of the parcel, by writing to customercare.bianchi@audes.com and attaching clear photos of the defect found. After validation by Audes Group, the Customer will receive instructions for replacement or refund.
4.2 Incorrect Item
If the Customer receives an item different from the one ordered, they must promptly inform customer service within 2 days from receipt by writing to customercare.bianchi@audes.com

4.3 Order Returned to Sender
If the order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery (e.g., recipient absent), the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer.
5. Payments
For purchases made by B2C customers, we offer secure and traceable payment methods. Payments may be made through:

We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), securely processed through the Stripe platform.
All transactions are protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and data is encrypted to ensure maximum security.
5.2 PayPal
Payment can be made using a PayPal account by selecting the “Checkout with PayPal” option at checkout.
Sensitive data is not shared with our site but is managed directly by PayPal. Payment is immediate, and the customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Note: Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours, unless otherwise instructed by customer service.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Padua, the registered office of Audes Group Srl, except in mandatory cases provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
