Frequently asked questions

The payment methods we accept are:

- Online payment through Stripe
- Pay Pal

Delivery time is 2-5 business days, as soon as your order is assigned to shipping you will receive the tracking code.

In the event of a failed delivery, you will receive a notification from the courier. You can then contact our customer service at customercare.bianchi@audes.com to release the shipment and request a new delivery attempt.

If the product you received is found to be defective in any way contact customer service at email:

Attaching the photo highlighting the defect in the item. We will assess the type of defect so that we can arrange for a replacement or suggest a solution.
In the request, do not forget to include the order number.

If you found a different product in your package than the one you ordered, contact our customer service department:

We will send you the missing product by arranging for the wrong product to be picked up. In your request, do not forget to include your order number.
